• Our main products are Chicken Porridge, Seaweed Beef Porridge, Prawn Porridge and Fish Porridge. However, for Mummy’s Market, we have exclusive products such as Fish Macaroni, Chicken Collagen Ramen and Beef Pasta. We also have chicken and fish broth, falafels and beef bolognese gravy.

Are these freshly prepared?

这些产品是新鲜制作的吗？

• These products are fresh-frozen. Meaning freshly prepared then blast frozen. 
  些产品为“急速冷冻鲜制品”，即食物是新鲜制作后立即进行急速冷冻处理。

• Blast freezing technology allows us to take the temperature down quickly to 0 °C or below, ensuring optimum safety and quality. This technology helps our products retain it's freshness and prolongs the shelf life.
  急速冷冻技术可在短时间内将食物温度降至 0°C 或更低，以确保最佳的食品安全与品质。此技术能有效锁住新鲜并延长保质期。

• Frozen products do not necessarily mean that the product is "un-fresh". Ingredients used are real meat and vegetables with no preservatives and additives.
  冷冻产品并不代表食物不新鲜。我们使用真实食材（肉类与蔬菜），不添加防腐剂与人工添加物。

• When employing our blast freezing technology, we are able to maintain the freshness in our products and to keep them locked in with a longer shelf life.

How long do these last?

• These products last up to 12 months. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Once thawed, it is recommended to be consumed immediately.

Is it safe to microwave food in plastic containers?

使用塑料容器微波加热安全吗？

• Our packaging is microwave-safe, hence you can microwave the container with no worries.

• Alternatively you can use a hot water bath, unpack the product in a bowl and steam it OR heat it up via a sauce-pan over low heat.

How much should I feed my child?

• Each portion is 150g. This is a recommended serving for an average toddler age 12 months.

• However, every child is different depending on their age, activity level and more - hence, depending on your child’s preference, this could serve as a main dish along with other side dishes.

Where are these products being produced?

• These products are being produced in Singapore. Our factory is located in Pandan Loop.

• It is a SFA and Halal certified facility

Are they halal certified?

• Yes we just got Halal Certified in October.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

• Delivery fee is flat at $8.00 islandwide.

• Orders above $49.90 will be entitled to free delivery.

How long is the shipping?

• We use a 3rd party logistics cold truck for delivery.

• Orders will be delivered between 3 to 7 days.

• Do expect a longer waiting time during sale or campaign periods as we cope with an influx of orders.

Can we select a date & time for delivery?

• At the moment, we do not have this option to select a delivery date and time slot.
  目前暂不提供自选送货日期与时间段的服务。
  
• However, we are working to improve this process and will provide more updates soon!

• In the meantime, do ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery in the next 1-3 days once you have received the email stating that your order is on the way.

How do we reschedule a delivery?

• Once you receive the email stating that your order is on the way, do drop us an email immediately to inform us if you will not be home in the next 1-3 days. 
  若您在收到配送通知电邮后，无法在接下来 1–3 天内收货，请尽快发送电邮通知我们。
  
• We require at least 48 hours to get back to you, and any change in delivery dates are subject to availability.
  我们需要至少 48 小时处理您的请求，更改送货日期将视供应与安排情况而定。
  
• Do note that we will respond to your requests between Mondays – Fridays, 9am – 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Redelivery charge

• In the event that no one is able to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee of $8.

• Dealing with temperature sensitive toddler food products requires us to dispose them if we are unable to deliver it on the same day.

• Hence, do ensure that someone will be home to receive the order.
